Payment Options

We offer various convenient payment methods for your ease of transaction:

Please note that sales taxes and transaction fees may be applicable for each payment option listed above.   

Fees

Sale tax will apply not only to products but also to all additional services Tiny Cuties provides including vet exam, boarding, grooming, and delivery.  

Deposit Policy

      • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation.   
      • We are unable to hold any pet without receiving a deposit.   
      • The deposit amount is equivalent to 1/3 of the total price, inclusive of any associated fees.   

The Buyer is aware and acknowledges that All Deposits are Nonrefundable. (If the reserved pet is not able to depart on time due to its illness, the buyer has the right to switch to another puppy with the same value.)  

The deposit is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of deposit, allowing the customer to switch to other dogs and use the deposit for the purchase of a new one from our available options.

Reservation and Holding Period

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will reserve the pet for one (1) week. Unless there is another special agreement and contract was made.  

If the pet is not picked up within this timeframe, a daily boarding fee of $50 will be applied, accumulated and added to the total balance.   

Balance Settlement

The remaining balance must be completed no later than One (1) day before the pickup day if the pet is scheduled deliver by a pet nanny. If the new owner picks up the pet on-site, the remaining balance must be cleared before the pet leaves our premises. 

Failure to complete the remaining balance on the agreed pickup date of the pet will result in losing the deposit.    

Delivery Terms

We ship our pets worldwide and nationwide by professional pet nanny.  

      • Delivery by Air/Ground transport is an additional charge. 
      • If the dog is to be delivered by a nanny, the entire payment must be completed before the scheduled delivery day. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the delivery, and the deposit will not be refunded. 
      • Any delay or rescheduling of the delivery after full payment is made will incur an additional daily boarding fee of $50.   
      • The $125 pet fee charged by the airline is included in the total delivery price.   
      • A government-issued photo ID must be presented by the buyer to pick up the pet.   
      • A delivery confirmation and transfer ownership form will be signed by both parties when the pet is successfully picked up & delivered.  

Health Certification and Guarantee

Every single pet is microchipped to verify their identification.  

      • Each pet comes with a health certificate to indicate current up to date vaccinations and deworming treatments.  
      • A comprehensive veterinary health report from a USDA-licensed veterinarian is provided to inform buyers of the physical well-being of the puppy. Tiny Cuties also fully disclose the previous health condition and history of the pet if any.  
      • Based on all the health documents we provide; the buyer is aware of the current health condition of the pet at the time of the purchase.   
      • A one-year health guarantee contract will be signed by the buyer. All health-related agreements are stated in the document.  

Return & Refund

Pets are live animals, please think thoroughly before purchasing. Without pets’ health guarantee agreement, the seller won’t accept any return or exchange due to the buyer’s personal issue. If return, no refund will be given.  

 

Considerations


The present agreement is established between the seller and Any client buying on our website or using our service. By purchasing a puppy, it is assumed that the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed herein.

Guarantee


The Seller’s guarantee’s that the puppy being purchased is (are) healthy, trained, and fits the exact description. The photos listed on our website are those of actual puppies being purchased.

In the unlikely event of the death of a puppy within two years from its birth due to genetic abnormalities, or if the puppy is (are) found to have congenital or hereditary disorders which adversely affects the health of your puppy, we will replace the puppy with another of equivalent value at no additional cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

In the event of the death of a puppy, due to genetic abnormalities after ten years of birth, we will issue a credit in the amount of 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy of equivalent value. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

The puppy being purchased shall come with the following;

Lifetime Satisfaction / Guarantee / Health Guarantee / Airline approved crate
ISO Microchip / Health Certificate / Age-appropriate shots / Food Menu.

Buyer’s Commitment


By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions as outlined on our website.
Buy Back Option: The seller retains the right to buy back the puppy if the new owner decides to sell. The right is valid for the life of the puppy, for a price to be agreed by both parties.


Default: If at any moment, the buyer is unable to fulfill contractual engagement, the puppy shall be returned to the seller in satisfactory condition. The sales shall be nullified & all payments made by the buyer will be forfeited. Sheltie puppies for sale in Florida.

Money-Back Guarantee and Payment


-In the event that the buyer is not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, the buyer may return the puppy to the seller and shall receive a refund equivalent to 100% of the purchase price.
-The buyer agrees to pay for the purchase full amount listed on our website. 100% payment is required upfront, prior to shipping of the puppy.
Transfer of ownership liability
After puppy is purchased, all rights and responsibility for the puppy is immediately transferred to the buyer
Purchase can only be canceled or refund requested if the puppy has not been shipped out of our facility yet or within 30 days to delivery to the buyer’s address.

We WILL NOT cancel a purchase or issue any refund while the puppy is being shipped (has been taken out of our facility and not yet delivered to the buyer) or after 30 days from the date on which the puppy was delivered to the buyer.

By making the purchase, the buyer accepts all our terms and conditions.
